Tracy Ryan, CNM, MS, IBCLC
Tracy has been a midwife for 14 years and has been lucky enough to have worn all the midwifery hats. Tracy started her career as Colorado's only CNM attending births at home. She then founded Colorado's first Birth Center to exist in this century. She has also practiced at both Denver Health and Rose Medical Centers. She participated on the founding team that started four Birth Centers across the country with Baby+Co, including one in Colorado. Tracy is now back to her roots practicing midwifery in the home setting. She is working toward expanding her lactation skills as she studied for her October 2017 IBCLC exam, and passed! Tracy has attended over 500 births at home and in Birth Centers, over 300 of those waterbirths. She has attended over 200 births in the hospital setting. Tracy is mother to 6 children, loves her partner and enjoys gardening, reading, skiing and camping.
